About the role
The Trainee IT & ERP Assistant will support the IT team by providing basic technical assistance to end-users, maintaining and updating ERP system data, troubleshooting ERP and PC-related issues, and assisting in documenting processes and creating user guides. The role requires a diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and seeks candidates who are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
