Information Technology Business Solutions Manager
About the role
The Solution Manager – Enterprise ICT Business will support solution development and business growth in the Commercial Market segment, focusing on ICT Infrastructure such as Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI Infrastructure. The role also involves supporting Data Communication and Optical Communication solutions as needed. The position requires strong technical fundamentals, collaboration with account managers, business development managers, channel partners, and internal teams, and is broader than traditional presales activities. Candidates should have a relevant degree and significant experience in the ICT domain, particularly in enterprise infrastructure, solution development, presales, or technical consulting. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the ICT domain, preferably in enterprise infrastructure, solution development, presales, or technical consulting
- Strong understanding of Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and/or AI Infrastructure.
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge in Data Communication and Optical Communication will be an added advantage.
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise customers is preferred.
