IT Systems Support Engineer
About the role
The IT Systems Support Engineer will serve as a key point of contact for Australian clients, handling support calls with professionalism and building strong client relationships. The role involves working closely with both technical and non-technical users, collaborating with the Australian team on projects and service improvements. Candidates should have 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals, and proven customer-facing skills. Must have
- Excellent spoken and written English. This is essential, as you'll be speaking with Australian clients daily
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, ideally in an MSP or service desk environment
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking fundamentals and general troubleshooting
- Proven customer-facing experience, with a calm, professional phone manner
- Ability to work independently, prioritise well and make sound decisions under pressure
- Ability to work Australian business hours

Highlights
