AI & Automation Engineer (Associate)
About the role
Acendae is seeking an Associate AI & Automation Engineer to join their Engineering team in Sri Lanka, working directly with international clients. The role involves building and maintaining automated workflows using platforms like n8n and Make.com, integrating applications and systems via APIs and webhooks, implementing AI-powered solutions with LLMs, Claude, and MCP, and working with database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Supabase. The position offers the chance to develop scalable automation solutions that address real business challenges.
Must have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n, Make.com, or similar automation platforms.
- Solid knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and database technologies.
- An understanding of LLMs and AI integrations. Experience with Claude and MCP is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
