About the role
The Lead Software Engineer (Principal Full Stack Engineer) will play a key role in building a next-generation SaaS application from the ground up. The position involves designing, developing, and delivering scalable applications using .NET, Angular, SQL Server/PostgreSQL, and AWS. The engineer will collaborate with architects and cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, establish best practices, and ensure high-quality, secure, and high-performance software. Responsibilities include end-to-end feature delivery, architecture validation, mentoring engineers, and leveraging AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Must have
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience as a Principal, Lead Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.
