Innovoo Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join their team. The role involves managing social media profiles for multiple clients, developing and implementing content strategies, coordinating digital campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across various digital platforms. Key responsibilities include content planning, scheduling, collaborating with creative teams, monitoring engagement, and preparing performance reports. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, a related degree or diploma, strong communication skills, and a good understanding of current digital trends.
Must have
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- A degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Business Management, or a related field.
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Understanding of content planning, social media strategies, audience engagement, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of current digital trends.
- Good organizational, time-management, and client coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools is an advantage.
- A portfolio or examples of previously managed social media accounts or campaigns will be an added advantage.
