About the role

The Transformation Specialist at Sri Lanka Insurance Life will be responsible for analyzing internal processes, customer experience, and market trends to identify inefficiencies and lead process re-engineering initiatives. The role involves applying Lean Management and continuous improvement principles, researching and evaluating emerging technologies, and supporting integration with platforms such as Core Insurance, SAP, and ITSM. The specialist will also monitor technology trends, define and monitor KPIs, and provide insights and reports to senior management. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 1-2 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or process re-engineering, and strong communication and analytical skills. Must have

A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Commerce, Digital Transformation, AI or a related field or equivalent professional qualification from a University/Institute approved by the UGC.
Age below 30 years
1-2 years' experience in software development, business analysis, process re-engineering and optimisation.
Experience in project management and participation in large-scale transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication skills (Sinhala/Tamil & English).
Possessing strategic thinking.
Innovative problem-solving abilities.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Expertise in data analysis.
A data-driven analytical mindset.
A passion towards a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
