About the role

The position of Business Analyst / Application Support Specialist involves supporting business applications, driving system enhancements, and collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver technology solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing business requirements, coordinating with technical teams and vendors, providing day-to-day application support, troubleshooting issues, and supporting testing, deployment, and user training activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, knowledge of SDLC and business analysis practices, and experience with Oracle-based applications and enterprise systems. Experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector is considered an advantage.
