Manager - Global Data Privacy
About the role
The Manager – Global Data Privacy will lead privacy compliance efforts across Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Indonesia for a leading regional group. The role involves ensuring adherence to local privacy laws, maintaining ISMS and PIMS in line with ISO standards, conducting Privacy by Design assessments and DPIAs, managing data subject requests and privacy incidents, supporting audits, building a privacy-aware culture through training, and reporting compliance status to senior management. Candidates should have strong analytical and risk-assessment skills, proven project management experience across markets, excellent cross-cultural communication, attention to detail, and confidence in delivering training.
