IT Support Technician
About the role
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for managing the hotel's IT infrastructure, including system setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role involves supporting end-users, maintaining hardware inventory, and ensuring high service standards through effective vendor coordination. Key responsibilities include IT infrastructure administration, hardware and network troubleshooting and repair, technical support for hardware and software issues, and vendor relationship management. Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience in IT and network administration.
Must have
- Following or completed NVQ Level 4 in Computer hardware & networking.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in IT.
- Experience in ICT infrastructure administration and maintenance.
- Knowledge of network configuration & operation (Firewall, Switches, Routers).
- Knowledge of Wi-Fi & CCTV network administration.
- Strong network & system troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of hardware troubleshooting & repairing (Desktop, Laptop, POS, Printers).
