About the role
The Assistant Manager - Business Transformation Analyst at Union Assurance is responsible for leading the development and implementation of data analytics initiatives aimed at driving business growth, operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability. The role involves collaborating with business and technology teams to identify analytics opportunities, deliver impactful use cases, and transform data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include leading analytics initiatives, developing dashboards and analytical solutions, building analytical models, tracking the effectiveness of analytics projects, and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.
- Proven experience in delivering analytics or digital transformation projects with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business problems into data solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Professional qualifications or certifications in Data Analytics, Machine Learning, or related disciplines will be an advantage.
- Experience in financial services or insurance will be an advantage.
