Technical Officer - ELV & ICT
About the role
The Technical Officer - ELV & ICT will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing ELV and ICT projects. Key duties include preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation, supervising installation, testing, and commissioning, and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. The role also involves monitoring project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure system performance. The position is with Intec Group and offers a competitive remuneration package.
Must have
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in ELV construction
- Previous experience in CCTV, Access Control, Video Door Phone, and Structured cabling is an added advantage
- Communication skills in English are an added advantage
- Ability to be innovative, be a team player and work with minimum supervision
- Should possess a strong personality together with significant hard and soft skills
