About the role
The Office 365 Infrastructure Engineer at Intervest will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and support of the Microsoft 365 platform. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient collaboration services across the organization. Key responsibilities include administering Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams), managing Microsoft Entra ID, administering Microsoft Intune, implementing Microsoft Defender security technologies, supporting Microsoft Purview compliance, managing mail flow and email security, configuring identity lifecycle processes, troubleshooting performance issues, and providing third-line support and technical mentoring. Intervest is a global delivery hub based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, serving as the exclusive technology and services provider for the Howsam Capital ecosystem.
Must have
- Microsoft 365 Administration – Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, users, and licenses.
- Exchange Online – Administer mailboxes, email security, and Exchange Online configurations.
- Microsoft Teams – Configure and support Teams for collaboration, meetings, and communication.
- SharePoint Online – Manage SharePoint sites, permissions, and document management processes.
- OneDrive – Support OneDrive storage, file sharing, and user access management.
