About the role
The Graphic Design & Pre-Press Executive at Wilkins Sri Lanka will be responsible for graphic design, artwork preparation, and pre-press processes within a LEED Gold-Certified printing facility in Kadawatha. The role requires hands-on experience with industry-standard design software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-conscious, and able to work collaboratively with production and other teams. Must have
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Offset Printing Industry.
- Hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, BarTender, and CorelDRAW
- Strong knowledge of graphic design, artwork preparation, and pre-press processes.
- Image editing and colour separation skills are mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of other relevant graphic design and pre-press software applications.
- Good understanding of offset printing processes, artwork specifications, trapping, imposition, and print-ready file preparation will be an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and quality-conscious.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the production and other relevant teams
