About the role
Riskonnect is hiring a Digital Learning Developer to design and enhance digital learning content for employees, customers, and partners. The role involves collaborating with product teams and subject matter experts to translate complex software and business processes into clear, engaging learning materials. Responsibilities span the full content lifecycle, including defining requirements, structuring courses, authoring, testing, publishing, and maintaining eLearning content. The position offers the chance to work with instructional design, eLearning technology, multimedia, and responsible AI tools to expand Riskonnect Academy’s global content portfolio.
Must have
- Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to simplify complex information.
- At least two years’ experience in eLearning, digital content development or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Working knowledge of instructional design principles and digital learning development.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools; Articulate Storyline or Rise is preferred.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts and quickly understand software products and workflows.
- Ability to use AI tools responsibly to support research, course design and content development, while validating outputs for accuracy and quality.
- Strong attention to detail, technical problem-solving and time-management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with SaaS products, multimedia editing, LMS platforms, or SCORM.
