Intern - IT Service Management
About the role
The Intern - IT Service Management (ITSM) role involves learning about the global ITSM function and supporting the delivery of key ITSM processes across the organization. The intern will assist with reporting, dashboard creation, service analysis, and process improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Onboarding, Service Request Management, and Availability Management. The role also includes supporting the development of Power BI dashboards and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and reporting. The position is designed for learning and delivery, with opportunities to collaborate with global IT teams and service delivery partners.
Must have
- Undergraduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field seeking an internship.
- Possess strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrate an interest in Artificial Intelligence, automation, and AI agent development.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with global stakeholders.
- Show attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
- Demonstrate an interest in exposure to ITIL-based service management practices and ITSM platforms such as Jira Service Management (JSM), ServiceNow, or BMC would be an added advantage.
