Senior Salesforce Developer
About the role
The Senior Salesforce Developer role involves designing, developing, customizing, integrating, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions for international clients in consulting, implementation, and digital transformation projects. The position requires working closely with clients, stakeholders, architects, and project teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, as well as developing and customizing Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and related technologies. The role also includes configuring Salesforce platforms, implementing integrations, performing code reviews, and contributing to solution architecture and technical documentation. The company is expanding its Salesforce Practice and offers opportunities to work on end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects in a hybrid or remote arrangement from Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, customization, configuration, and implementation.
- Minimum 3 Salesforce Certifications.
- Strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, limitations, security, and development best practices.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications, enterprise systems, APIs, and external platforms.
- Strong experience in debugging, testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and technical problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with distributed, cross-functional, and international teams.
- Strong commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with Salesforce platform developments and emerging technologies.
