Delivery Lead
About the role
iTelaSoft is seeking an experienced Onsite Delivery Lead to support a major technology transformation programme in East Africa. The role involves acting as the main liaison between client teams and remote delivery teams, coordinating on-site implementation, and ensuring timely completion of tasks. Key responsibilities include working closely with client leadership, organizing workshops and training sessions, monitoring project progress, and maintaining communication with all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, technical knowledge of security, infrastructure, ERP and CRM systems, and fluency in English. The position requires relocation to East Africa and meeting local legal work requirements.
Must have
- At least 8 years of experience in IT delivery or project management, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and coordinating with suppliers.
- Good technical understanding of security, infrastructure, and business systems such as ERP and CRM.
- Strong communication, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Willingness to relocate to East Africa and meet the legal work requirements at the client's location.
- Knowledge of Swahili.
- Experience in the automotive, dealership, or equipment sectors, or working with large, multi-company groups.
- PRINCE2, PMP, or ITIL certification.
