About the role
Maltras International is seeking a Video & Photographer to join their team in Kaduwela. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing professional photographs and videos for products, brands, events, campaigns, and social media. The candidate will create engaging digital content, handle photography and videography from concept to production, and edit media while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities also include collaborating with marketing teams, covering corporate and promotional events, and maintaining the company's photo and video library. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong editing and storytelling skills, proficiency in editing software, and a creative mindset. A portfolio is required. Must have
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in photography, videography, and content creation.
- Strong skills in video editing, photography, lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, or similar software.
- Diploma in Photography, Videography, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Portfolio of previous work is required.
