Project Manager

About the role

The Project Manager role involves leading end-to-end project delivery, from planning and kickoff through to implementation and go-live. The position requires managing project schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and budgets, as well as coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for customers and key stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The role also involves managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail. Candidates should have proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion, a good understanding of technology-driven projects and project delivery methodologies, strong stakeholder management and customer-facing experience, demonstrated leadership and team coordination capabilities, and the ability to align project delivery with commercial and business objectives. ERP implementation experience is highly preferred, along with strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills, and excellent written and spoken English. The position is based in Colombo.
