Enterprise Solutions Manager
About the role
The Enterprise Solutions Manager will lead the design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, focusing on cloud platforms, custom integrations, and advanced technologies such as AI/ML and data analytics. The role involves managing technical projects from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. The manager will also develop cloud adoption strategies, lead innovation workshops and PoC initiatives, and act as a technical advisor to enterprise clients. Candidates should have a strong technical background in digital enterprise solutions, experience in solution design and technical project leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The position is suitable for professionals with significant experience in enterprise IT or solution architecture.
Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT, technical consulting, solution architecture, or a similar technical environment.
- Strong technical background in digital enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on understanding of AI/ML solutions and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data integration.
- Experience in enterprise solution design and technical project leadership.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with both technical teams and enterprise-level clients.
