Project Manager
About the role
The Project Manager will lead software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, working closely with project teams, Product Owners, customers, and leadership to ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, coaching team members, removing blockers, monitoring progress, supporting backlog management, managing customer expectations, and maintaining project documentation and billing. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Computing, IT, Business Management, or a related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Professional certification such as PMP or CSM is preferred.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computing, IT, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role, preferably within a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to understand both business requirements and software engineering concepts.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage priorities, competing demands, and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong team leadership and conflict-resolution skills.
Nice to have
- Professional certification such as PMP or CSM is preferred.
