About the role

The Senior Associate, FX Operations role at LSEG's Markets Operation team involves managing operational checks and developing new automation pathways, as well as supporting infrastructure and change management. The position requires designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks, implementing monitoring solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing workflows. The successful candidate will also be responsible for supporting system upgrades, delivering urgent development changes, and contributing to team leadership activities. Applicants should have 4-5 years of experience in automation or operational engineering, a relevant bachelor's degree, and familiarity with automation tools, monitoring platforms, and modern development practices. The role is based in Malabe and operates on a rotational shift basis.

Must have

4-5 years' experience in Automation Engineering, Operational Engineering, or RPA development.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Experience using automation tools and RPA platforms.
Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Control-M.
Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and modern web technologies.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development practices.
Strong communication, collaborator management, and organisational capabilities.
