About the role
The Graphic Designer position at Acquest involves developing high-quality visual content for marketing, corporate communications, digital platforms, and promotional campaigns. The role is responsible for creating a diverse range of digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to deliver clear, engaging, and impactful visual communications. Key responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, maintaining corporate identity, creating visual content for social media and large-scale signage, assisting with website design, and turning property data into visual reports for stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of professional design experience, expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong skills in motion graphics, typography, print production, and digital optimization. Acquest is a leading real estate services provider in Sri Lanka, offering a dynamic and innovative work environment.
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in a professional design role (real estate or luxury agency experience is highly preferred).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro for creating motion graphics and short-form video ads.
- A sophisticated eye for typography and a “less is more” approach to layout design, especially for high-value investment documents.
- Deep understanding of print production (bleeds, CMYK, paper stocks) and digital optimization (aspect ratios, file compression).
- Ability to handle fast-paced deadlines and iterative feedback from multiple stakeholders.
