About the role
The IT Operations O365 Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, and Autopilot. The role involves developing automation scripts with PowerShell, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate O365 with existing infrastructure and third-party applications, monitoring service health and security, troubleshooting complex issues, participating in architectural reviews, and supporting migration projects to SharePoint and OneDrive. The position requires relevant Microsoft certifications and experience with Microsoft applications and project delivery methodologies. The company is Virtusa Corporation.
Must have
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Azure Fundamentals or equivalent
- A desire to strive for continuous improvement.
- Well versed in Microsoft applications and services
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong experience in project delivery methodology
Nice to have
- Salesforce administration experience (desirable)
