About the role
The Senior Engineer - Digital Transformation will be part of Concord Apparel's digital transformation journey, focusing on designing and implementing innovative, user-focused solutions to improve business processes. The role involves identifying opportunities for digital transformation, developing business applications and automation using Microsoft platforms, working with cloud infrastructure, translating business needs into scalable solutions, and supporting user adoption and continuous improvement. The position is based in Seethawaka Industrial Zone, Avissawella, Sri Lanka, and is part of the IT/Digital Transformation department. Candidates will join a dynamic team where innovation, data, and technology are leveraged to create smarter business processes and enhanced user experiences.
Must have
- A degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related experience.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Digital Transformation, Business Applications, IT, ERP, Business Analysis, Software Development/Delivery, Automation, Data Solutions, or related experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL and system integrations.
- Understanding of SDLC, testing and UAT.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for next generation product thinking and applying new technologies to real business challenges.
