Business Analyst
About the role
Auxiliume is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team, offering an opportunity for career growth and to make a real impact in a BPO environment. Candidates should have a relevant degree or be pursuing CA/ACCA, possess at least two years of experience in a similar capacity, and demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Must have
- Degree from a recognised university OR currently pursuing CA / ACCA
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while also leading and supporting a team
- A positive attitude with a genuine appetite for learning and growth
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel skills will be a strong advantage
