Engineering Manager - .Net
About the role
The Engineering Manager - .Net will lead and mentor multiple engineering teams, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. The role involves driving engineering excellence through Agile practices, automation, and AI-enabled tools, as well as providing technical leadership on cloud-based solutions and overseeing DevOps processes. The manager will also be responsible for mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in software engineering, leadership, and expertise in technologies such as C#, .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, and cloud platforms.
Must have
- 8-10 years of software engineering experience, including leadership and people management responsibilities.
- Strong technical background in C#, .NET Core, Angular, PostgreSQL, APIs, and Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/OCI).
- Hands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Knowledge of AI-driven development tools, engineering analytics, and modern software engineering practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience managing distributed or remote engineering teams.
- Exposure to digital transformation, cloud modernization, and AI-assisted engineering initiatives.
- Strong understanding of software governance, security, compliance, and engineering best practices.
