The role involves conducting market and business research, gathering and documenting client requirements, preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting project documentation and progress monitoring. Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, and be eager to learn and work collaboratively in a digital solutions environment.
Must have
- A degree, diploma, or current undergraduate studies in Business Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Good research and information-gathering abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and client coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
