Operations Project Manager

About the role

The Operations Project Manager role supports fast-moving ecommerce and consumer brand operations across Zurp, After Ours, and related portfolios. The position is responsible for coordinating workflows between product, operations, marketing, and vendors, managing communication with suppliers (especially Chinese manufacturers), tracking shipments, and ensuring smooth execution of product launches and technical deliverables. The role also involves technical coordination, including identifying and escalating technical issues, working with developers and designers, and translating business requirements into technical tasks. Additional responsibilities include supporting brand and marketing operations, maintaining trackers and timelines, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operations or project management, strong technical understanding, logistics experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
