Lead Software Engineer
About the role
This position is for a Senior Lead GENAI Engineer who will be responsible for leading AI/ML engineering projects, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of generative AI models and solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities, mentoring junior engineers, conducting research on emerging AI technologies, and ensuring the quality and performance of AI models. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Generative AI and agentic AI technologies, proficiency in relevant programming languages, and experience with machine learning frameworks. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with a proven track record in AI/ML project delivery.
Must have
- Strong expertise in Generative AI and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on generative AI.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in AI/ML domains.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and bias mitigation strategies.
