About the role
The Junior Marketing & Content Executive at Inubzee is a practical, entry-level role focused on digital marketing, content creation, and supporting business growth through measurable marketing activities. The position involves creating and publishing content for LinkedIn, Instagram, email, and the website, supporting social media planning, assisting with campaigns, researching customers and competitors, and using AI tools for research and drafting. The role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to work directly with the founder and product team, helping to plan, create, and improve content, as well as track marketing performance. Applicants should demonstrate clear writing, initiative, and evidence of content or project management, with practical work and learning valued over formal qualifications.
Must have
- Clear written English.
- Interest in digital marketing, content and business growth.
- Ability to create or edit basic content using Canva or similar tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Willingness to learn analytics, SEO, email marketing and campaign tracking.
- Ability to explain ideas simply and write for a business audience.
- Organised, reliable and able to complete work without constant follow-up.
- Evidence of initiative through a personal project, university project, freelance work, social media page, content portfolio, campaign or similar practical example.
Nice to have
- Experience with Canva, Figma or similar design tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, social media insights or spreadsheets.
- Basic SEO or email marketing knowledge.

Highlights
This is a remote, full-time position based in Sri Lanka, with compensation between LKR 65,000 and 90,000 per month. Working hours and team-overlap expectations will be discussed during recruitment.
