Manager - Enterprise Security
About the role
Hemas Group is seeking an experienced Manager - Enterprise Security to lead and strengthen the organization's enterprise-wide information security framework. The role involves driving cyber security governance, risk management, incident response, and compliance initiatives, ensuring a secure and resilient technology environment. Key responsibilities include leading the information security management framework, managing cyber risk assessments and incident response, overseeing vulnerability management and audits, promoting cyber security awareness, and providing security risk insights to senior management.
Must have
- Degree in Information Systems or related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP / CISA / CISM.
- Experience in VAPT, SIEM platforms, cyber risk management, and cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of OWASP, SANS, WASC, and Secure SDLC standards.
- Experience with IaaS environments across major cloud providers (provisioning, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving capabilities.
