Business Operations Analyst, Global (IGT 1)
About the role
IGT1 is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team for their client, Ultimo, a leading provider of Enterprise Asset Management software. The role involves working closely with the COO office and senior sales leadership to analyze complex data, create strategic business narratives, and support decision-making processes. Key responsibilities include shaping executive business reviews, building scenario models, conducting ad hoc analyses, managing reporting cycles, and supporting go-to-market planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, excellent written communication, and the ability to create persuasive presentations. The position offers the opportunity to work in a high-visibility, high-ownership environment with global impact.
Must have
- 3+ years in a highly analytical role, whether in strategy consulting, finance, or business operations
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent written communication: you'll be writing executive updates and narratives, not just formatting slides
- The ability to build clear, persuasive presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and firm deadlines
