Mobile Engineering Team Lead
About the role
LB Finance PLC is seeking an experienced Mobile Engineering Team Lead to guide their mobile development team in designing, developing, integrating, and delivering secure and scalable digital applications. The role involves leading and mentoring the team, driving mobile application architecture and development standards, and ensuring code quality and best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Flutter and Dart, as well as knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. The position requires excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, and involves collaboration with various technical and product teams.
Must have
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with proven technical leadership experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart.
- Strong knowledge of Java & Spring Boot and RESTful API development.
- Good understanding of SQL Server and database concepts.
- Working knowledge of Angular / React and modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, Git, Agile/Scrum, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in Banking, FinTech, Digital Wallets, Payments, or other transaction-intensive applications.
- Knowledge of mobile application security, API security, Firebase, Kotlin, or cloud/container technologies.
