Associate Business Analyst & Quality Assurance
About the role
Legacy Health is hiring an Associate Business Analyst & Quality Assurance professional to support business analysis, requirements documentation, software testing, and quality assurance activities. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to bridge business needs with technology solutions. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, preparing and maintaining business and functional requirement documents, participating in stakeholder meetings, collaborating with teams to clarify requirements, designing and executing various testing activities, and ensuring high-quality software solutions with minimal defects.
Must have
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Business Analysis and/or Software Quality Assurance roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of software testing concepts, QA methodologies, and defect management processes.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and test cases.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and exposure to API testing, web/mobile testing, or automation concepts will be an added advantage.
