POS Terminal Support Executive
About the role
Aiken (Pvt) Ltd. is hiring a POS Terminal Support Executive to provide technical support for POS terminals and related payment systems. The role includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, assisting with installation and setup, coordinating with technical teams for field support, and guiding customers on POS operation and troubleshooting. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a structured approach to problem-solving. The job is based in multiple locations across Sri Lanka, including Anuradhapura, Jaffna, Colombo, Ratnapura, Balangoda, Monaragala, and Galle.
Must have
- G.C.E. O/L or A/L qualification.
- Age between 21–30 years.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to travel within assigned areas when required.
- Hard-working, self-motivated, and result-oriented team player.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to analysis.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet service requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to have
- Basic IT knowledge will be an added advantage.
