About the role
Huawei is hiring for a Business Analyst – Telecom Data & Business Intelligence to identify and develop business opportunities in the telecommunications sector using data-driven insights and business intelligence. The role involves analyzing telecom business, customer, market, revenue, and network data to uncover opportunities, translating customer requirements into actionable recommendations, and developing KPIs, dashboards, and reports to track performance. The position also supports AI-driven use cases and collaborates with various teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Electronics, Business or a related discipline.
- Experience in telecom business analysis, data analytics, or business intelligence.
- Strong understanding of telecom KPIs, customer behavior, revenue, and business models.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent analytics tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, business communication, and presentation skills.
- Strategic, self-driven and capable of developing long-term customer relationships and new business opportunities.
