About the role
Teceze is offering a 6-month paid internship for an IT Support Intern in Jaffna. The intern will join the IT Support team to gain practical experience in technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user support. Responsibilities include providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, assisting with system installations and configurations, managing user accounts, and maintaining IT asset records. The role offers exposure to IT operations in a corporate environment and the use of various support and collaboration tools. Candidates should be final-year students or recent graduates in IT or related fields, with a basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking. There is a high intent to convert successful interns to full-time positions.
Must have
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow standard procedures.
Nice to have
- Prior internship or exposure to IT support is an added advantage.

Highlights
