Graduate Engineering Trainee

About the role

HCLTech is seeking motivated IT graduates to join as Graduate Engineering Trainees. The role involves participating in structured technical and functional training programs, after which candidates will be deployed to Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP support teams based on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include providing basic IT support and troubleshooting, assisting operational teams, monitoring systems, handling user queries, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining documentation according to standard procedures. Applicants must have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and an official academic transcript is mandatory. Good communication and problem-solving skills are also required, and candidates should be willing to work in shifts if required.
