Software Engineer
About the role
This Full Stack Developer position is for experienced professionals passionate about building secure, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The role involves backend development using PHP 8.x and Laravel 12+, frontend development with React.js and TypeScript, database management with MySQL, and API integration. The developer will also leverage AI coding agents for development and troubleshooting, ensure application quality and security, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The company values strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to document technical specifications and workflows. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Must have
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience with PHP 8.x and Laravel 12 or above.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and TypeScript.
- Practical experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of MySQL, relational database design, and query optimization.
- Good knowledge of debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of requirement analysis, SRS documentation, and technical specification creation.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI coding agents, with the ability to review and validate AI-generated code.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Certifications in PHP, Laravel, React.js, TypeScript, or cloud technologies will be an added advantage
