Executive / Assistant Manager - Digital Banking
About the role
This role is for an Executive or Assistant Manager in Digital Banking, responsible for supporting the development and delivery of digital payment and banking solutions. The position involves managing digital banking products throughout their lifecycle, gathering and analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in Agile processes. The candidate will also conduct market research, monitor product performance, support API integrations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The role is suited for professionals passionate about digital banking, FinTech, and innovation within a dynamic banking environment.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Applicants should possess a minimum of 6-8 years of experience for the Assistant Manager grade OR 3-4 years of experience for the Executive grade in Digital Banking, FinTech, Digital Payments, Product Management, or other related disciplines, with a strong understanding of digital financial services and emerging technologies.
- Strong understanding of digital payment ecosystems, mobile banking, internet banking, wallets, payment gateways, and emerging FinTech solutions.
- Hands-on exposure to Agile methodologies and digital product development environments.
- Knowledge of API integrations, customer journey mapping, UX/UI principles, and digital solution delivery.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior, product performance metrics, and market trends to drive data-based decisions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving digital banking environment.
Nice to have
- A Master’s Degree in a relevant field and/or professional certifications in Agile Project Management, UI/UX Design, Product Management, or Quality Assurance will be considered a distinct advantage.
