Associate Consultant - Microsoft Azure with Ansible and Kubernetes
About the role
The Associate Consultant - Microsoft Azure with Ansible and Kubernetes will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in RedHat Cluster, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure. The role involves resolving escalated IT incidents, mentoring team members, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. The consultant will also participate in capacity planning, conduct analyses to improve operations, and facilitate communication with customers. Candidates should have proficiency in Kubernetes, Ansible, RedHat Linux, and Microsoft Azure, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required, and relevant certifications are highly desirable.
Must have
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container management.
- Strong understanding of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Familiarity with RedHat Linux and RedHat Cluster technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and their integration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are highly desirable.
- Experience with additional cloud platforms or automation tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment.
