About the role

HCLTech Sri Lanka is seeking motivated IT graduates to join as Graduate Trainees. The role involves participating in structured technical and functional training, after which candidates will be deployed to Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP support teams depending on performance and business needs. Responsibilities include providing basic IT support, assisting in operations, monitoring systems, handling user queries, escalating issues, and maintaining documentation according to standard procedures. Applicants must have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, and must provide an official academic transcript. Good communication and problem-solving skills are also required, along with a willingness to work in shifts if needed.
