Assistant - Development Systems & Control

About the role

The Assistant - Development Systems & Control will be responsible for ensuring seamless product development processes within the Bodywear team at MAS Holdings in Ratmalana. Key duties include managing and maintaining accurate product data across multiple platforms, creating and updating Bills of Materials, overseeing material creation in PLM/SAP systems, maintaining size charts, product specifications, and development documentation, and driving data quality and process efficiency. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure consistency throughout the product lifecycle. Candidates should have completed A/Ls or a Diploma in Business Management, Business with IT, or a related field, and possess strong analytical skills and computer literacy.
