Executive Graphic Designer
About the role
ESOL College International is seeking a self-motivated Creative Graphic Designer to join their marketing team in Pannipitiya. The role involves conceptualizing and designing engaging visuals for social media, banners, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials for college campaigns and student events. The designer will support brand consistency, collaborate with the marketing team, prepare and format designs for various platforms, manage multiple design requests, and stay updated with design trends. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field, 2-3 years of experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
Must have
- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Thorough attention to detail and visual consistency across all design outputs.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI design tools is an added plus.
