Manager - IT Infrastructure
About the role
The Manager - IT Infrastructure is responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap for the modernization and evolution of the data center IT infrastructure, integrating emerging technologies such as cloud, HCI, containerized environments, SDN, and advanced automation. The role oversees the 24/7/365 operation of all data center facilities, ensuring scalability, flexibility, compliance with internal and external regulations, and robust governance for change and configuration management. The manager will also design and maintain high availability architectures, lead disaster recovery drills, and ensure continuous service delivery for the organization, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science which recognized by the University Grants Commission.
- A minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing a large, mission-critical data center, preferably within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of driving change and leading technical teams including Excellent Project Management Skills, Strong Problem-Solving Skills and timely result orientation.
Nice to have
- Certification in VMware or Nutanix is advantageous.
- Certification of CKA/REDHAT Open shift is advantageous.
- Certification in MSSE or RHCE is advantageous.

Highlights
