Verdentra is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team of technologists focused on delivering business outcomes through technology solutions in Cloud, Data, AI, and emerging technologies. The role involves turning business needs into actionable insights, supporting teams and clients with clear documentation, and contributing to proposals and business cases. The position offers hands-on exposure to AI initiatives and opportunities for growth and leadership development. Candidates will work closely with experienced leaders and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role, with hands-on exposure to requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement
- Understanding of how AI/ML solutions work at a business level: spotting AI use cases, defining data and success criteria, and capturing requirements for AI-enabled features
- Strong communicators with a collaborative mindset and a genuine willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and analytical thinkers, focused on delivering accurate, value-driven outcomes
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
