About the role
Regency Teas (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team. The role involves developing innovative packaging ideas, transforming concepts into final products, creating product concept designs in line with brand guidelines, supervising all work processes from start to end, and liaising with production teams and suppliers to ensure product standards. The ideal candidate should have creative ideas for designing packaging artwork and social media posts, strong knowledge of design software, and good communication skills in English and Sinhala. Must have
- Creative ideas for designing packaging artwork and social media posts.
- Good knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, 3D Max and MS Office applications.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- GCE Advanced level and other qualifications in the related field.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Be below 40 years of age.
- Be willing to work long hours when required.
