Solution Manager – Enterprise ICT Business
About the role
Renrui Lanka is hiring a Solution Manager – Enterprise ICT Business to drive solution development and business growth in the commercial ICT market segment. The role requires working closely with account management, business development, channel partners, and technical teams to develop and support solutions in areas such as Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and AI Infrastructure. Responsibilities include enabling channel partners, engaging in technical consultations, supporting go-to-market initiatives, and coordinating with various internal and external teams to execute market opportunities. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in the ICT domain, with strong technical and communication skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the ICT domain, preferably in enterprise infrastructure, solution development, presales, or technical consulting.
- Strong understanding of Storage, Compute, Virtualization, Cloud Infrastructure, and/or AI Infrastructure, with knowledge of Data Communication and Optical Communication being an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales, account management, business development, technical teams, and external partners.
- Strong technical learning ability with an open-minded, adaptable, and collaborative approach, demonstrating self-motivation and proactivity in managing multiple opportunities and driving customer, partner, and business success.
Nice to have
- Experience working with channel partners, system integrators, or enterprise customers is preferred.
